When the figuring out portion of the game show is over
and the next ten steps are laid down right in front of the contestant,
one would think the journey could, at last, be restarted.

Still... No additional footprints are left
other than the ones circling the fool.
His feet sinking at center stage.
Accompanied by his own soul and sense of self-respect.

Roll some dice already! Spin the wheel or something...
Who the hell's responsible for all the props anyway?

Blaming the production staff won't get you much further, though.
Especially when faced with a clear case of stage fright.
The prizes are wonderful, the audience's rooting, but it's doesn't matter.

Paralized by forces greater than himself, the only way through
is by overcoming his inner demons on a real short notice.
